We've had an excellent experience with Northeast Pest Control. The technician they sent to our home was A+ on all levels; super-knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. The company did the work we contracted for and stood by their one-year warranty; so when we called back saying we found a mouse in the basement they came back, checked things out and remedied the problem. I'd use them again and recommend them to others. UPDATE: They continue to return to check the bait stations and traps. This visit, I was curious about how he was sure we had no "activity" and the service tech Colin explained everything clearly.
